The pandanmisu is an old favourite returning for the month of February. Layers of Jasmine tea soaked Pandan sponge, with Pandan & Coconut Mascarpone & Toasted Coconut, is just light & heavenly. This month we are offering up a few more Asian inspired desserts with the Lunar New Year coming up soon.
